Since a 30-0 loss to GA to open the season, the Tigers have bounced back strong winning 4 of 5..the most recent a 30-27 OT win over VA this past saturday. The Tigers have been great against the run lately giving up just 53 yards last week. Ball carriers are averaging just 3 YPC against Clemson. NC State offense has struggled as of late. Noticably last week against UCONN...only gaining 89 yards on 31 carries. McLendon had only 32 yards on 12 carries. UCONN racked up 452 yards last week against The Pack...299 through the air. The Pack has given up 16 Passing TDS, and have only picked off 5 passes this season. Clemson is riding a wave of confidence right now. The visitor in this series is 5-1 against the spread the last 6 meetings. The Pack is just 1-7 ATS as a Favorite of 3 or more the last 8. The Pack is wearing down physically & emotionally going w/o a bye week. Injuries are also piling up. The winner stays in The ACC Race....while the loser is gone!
